Refund policy

Returns & Exchange

We offer refunds only on FULL PRICED items within 10 days of purchase. 

Unless deemed faulty, all SALE items (including those bought with a promo code), will be eligible for a store credit or exchange ONLY. This excludes Welcome discount for first time customers. 

CONDITIONS

Please contact us WITHIN 10 days from delivery date.
Returns after this period will NOT be accepted.
All that we ask is that the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out.

  • A $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • You must send back the product within a maximum of 3 days from the date the return label is sent.

  • All refunds will be returned to the original payment method associated with the order.

  • Must NOT have been worn, stained, damaged, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.

  • If the returns team deem it worn or not in its original condition, this will result in the item being sent back to you and the return option will be void.

  • Bodysuits will only be accepted with Hygiene Sticker and swing tag remaining COMPLETELY intact. Any tampering with these items and the return option will be void.

If the returned product does not meet any of these conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be permanently re-shipped to the original purchase address.

PLEASE NOTE: Every product with 40% discount or more is considered FINAL SALE. There is NO REFUND for FINAL SALE items, unless deemed defective. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on final sale items.

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

All returns must follow the Umā Intimates returns process:

  • You MUST provide your original sales order number.

  • Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

FAULTY GOODS

We have high standards for our quality control. All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 10 days of receiving your goods at support@umaintimates.us, otherwise a full refund will be provided. Items damaged from wear and tear will NOT be considered as faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping of faulty items will be refunded only to the value of shipping charges originally paid.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We do NOT refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.

  • All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe, documented and signed delivery.
    Umā Intimates will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.umaintimates.us
